Documentary credits (DC)


Advising fee	AMD 25,000
Amendment advising fee	AMD 25,000
Presentation fee	0.2% of the bill (presented documents) amount, minimum AMD 25,000.
Inward remittance fee	In accordance with Tariff of Charges for Legal Entities of the Bank.
Document checking fee	AMD 10,000 for set of presented documents. For presented documents with discrepancies AMD 10,000 is levied on each set¹.
Discounting of bills	0.25 % of the bill (presented documents) amount, minimum AMD 25,000 plus agreed contractual annual interest rate with, tenor up to 1 year. When the Bank negotiates/discounts presented documents, presentation fee is waived.

Transfer of documentary credits (DC)


Transfer of the whole credit (without documents substitution)	0.5% of DC amount, minimum. AMD 30,000.
Partial transfer of the credit (with or without documents substitution)	0.5% of transferred DC amount, minimum. AMD 30,000.
Transferred DC amendment fee	AMD 25,000 Additional 0.5% transfer commission will be levied for amendments involving an increase in DC amount.
Documents checking fee	AMD 10,000 for set of presented documents. For presented documents with discrepancies AMD 10,000 is levied on each set¹.
Presentation fee	0.2% of the bill (presented documents) amount, minimum AMD 25,000.
Inward remittance fee	In accordance with Tariff of Charges for Legal Entities of the Bank
Payment commission	In accordance with Tariff of Charges for Legal Entities of the Bank.

Documentary collections


Issuance fee	0.2% of collection amount, minimum AMD 15,000.
Amendment fee	AMD 15,000
Inward remittance fee	In accordance with Tariff of Charges for Legal Entities of the Bank.
Discounting of avalised drafts	AMD 25,000 account(s) servicing one-off fee and agreed contractual annual interest rate with, tenor up to 1 year.

¹Documents are checked against customer's written demand and bank's acceptance.

²Depends on the risks of issuing bank and country.

Other Tariffs

Providing of copies of old/archived information/documents – AMD 3,000 for each document¹.
Authentication and advice of received teletransmissions – AMD 25,000 for each teletransmission.
Telecommunication/SWIFT (AMD 3,000 each), courier charges (according to invoices), correspondent banks fees and other incidental expenses, if any, will be additionally debited to the customers' accounts, notifying customer afterwards.
AMD 10,000 account(s) servicing one-off fee is applicable for issuance of BGs, DCs and SDCs.
All Global Trade Solutions (GTS) fees and charges if paid to the Bank are payable upfront in Armenian Dram.
