HSBC Armenia Named as “Market Leader” and “Best Service Bank” for Corporates by Euromoney 2022
For the fifth consecutive year, HSBC Bank Armenia CJSC (hereinafter HSBC Armenia/Bank) has been recognized as the “Market Leader” for Corporates by Euromoney Cash Management Survey. The Bank has also been named as the “Best Service Bank” for Corporates.
As the leading publication of the industry Euromoney conducts annual surveys, identifying the leading providers of corporate financial services based on customers’ votes. Mikayel Petrosyan, Head of Global Payments Solutions at HSBC Armenia, says: “These awards reflect our customers’ satisfaction with our services. This is a great achievement for us. Results of the survey demonstrate that the digitisation and service simplification strategy adopted by HSBC Armenia is well received by our customers and this encourages us to continue the path we have started.”
Mr. Petrosyan added that the Bank intends to continue leading its customers in their growth ambitions providing high quality services that satisfy the needs of the most demanding customers.
Along with these resuls, HSBC Group was also awarded by Euromoney and named as “The Market Leader” for Corporates globally.

HSBC in Armenia
HSBC Bank Armenia CJSC was established in 1996. The bank is a wholly owned subsidiary of HSBC Group. HSBC Armenia serves around 30 000 customers through seven offices located in Yerevan and around 310 employees. As of 31 December 2021, the Bank has assets of AMD261 billion including the ones, allocated with the mediation of the HSBC Bank plc, London. The Bank is regulated by the Central Bank of Armenia.
